All doors should have proper flashings, headers, and sealing (caulking or sealing tape) on all of their sides - both on the exterior and under the base of the door unit. This door was installed without ANY flashing or sealing - and the leakage was obvious.

Not only was this door missing it's flashing (This is a closeup of the trim over the door) but the siding is missing it's needed watertight (Tyvek etc.) barrier behind the vinyl. ALL siding needs to be 6 inches or more ABOVE GRADE/SLABS/ETC.. The bow in this wall is likely a symptom of a potential structural problem or damage!
